VINCENT J. DIMATTEO established a general practice law firm in Middletown in 1994 and has offered personal attention to the legal needs of the local Monmouth County community since that beginning. Concentrating on the needs of individuals and small business, the firm handles, with personal care, your requirements for sale or purchase of businesses, formation of limited liability companies and incorporations. Your personal needs in the sale of residential real estate, estate planning, settlement of decedent’s estates, analysis of debt problems and bankruptcy are handled with the same attention.

Mr. DiMatteo is a graduate of Rutgers Law School - Newark and a summa cum laude graduate of Rutgers College and was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He is member of the New Jersey Bar and is admitted to practice before the New Jersey Courts, United States District Court, Bankruptcy Court and the United States Tax Court. Mr. DiMatteo is a member of the Haydn Proctor Inn of Court and the Bankruptcy Inn of Court.

JOEL H. MOSKOW is of counsel to the firm for the planning and preparation of litigation. Mr. Moskow is a graduate of Rutgers Law School-Newark and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the New Jersey and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice before the New Jersey Courts, the District of Columbia Courts and the United States District Court. Mr. Moskow is also certified by the New Jersey Superior Court as a Municipal Court mediator.
